Container is not in a valid state. Subscription validation failed with status 'ContainerUseUnauthorized'.

Good morning.

I need to run docker container : mcr.microsoft.com/azure-cognitive-services/vision/read:3.2-model-2022-04-30 .

After filling out the service enable request form (it's a gated container), I received a confirmation email from csgate@microsoft.com. More than a week after the welcome email, the service still doesn't work:

"Container is not in a valid state. Subscription validation failed with status 'ContainerUseUnauthorized'. The API Key provided is not authorized for use with this container. This is a gated container, make sure your Azure Subscription ID is approved."

I wrote to csgate several times with no response. What to do?

CristianoA The most common issue with gated access with most customers is they request access for one of the gated containers from CV, Speech or FR where the request is approved for the requested container but not the rest. In your case, have you requested access for other containers other than Read in the form?

If you have requested correct access and the same is approved and the container fails, the fastest way to get your issue addressed is to raise a support case with your resource id and request the service team to confirm if your subscription has been approved. I hope this helps!!
