Use User variables in navigation or in the document library part of a sharepoint part

Hi everyone!

Is it possible to get user variables for use in address path in sharepoint site navigation?

or if that isnt possible, perhaps maybe it is possible to create a page, insert a document library part and there specify the folder with a user variable?
