Unkown harrd error when executing SP-Mound Database in SharePoint 2016 using PowerShell

Hi I am getting Unknown hard error when executing SP-Mound Database in SharePoint 2016 using PowerShell causing the upgrade to stop.

We have below VM's with Windows 2019 and 32 GB of RAM. 1 Application Server , 1 Web Front End and 1 SQL Server

I have executed SP-Mount on two databases with 150+ GB Size then get this error.

    What do you want to accomplish?

    Have you encountered such a problem before?

    Can you still open PowerShell ise now?

    Install PowerShell 7 with ISE Mode in Windows 2019 Server and check whether it works well.
