xna 4.0 not installing because of missing requirements

Im trying to create a new game and decided to move from unity to xna as i feel that xna will be much better for the coding for my game specifications ,but xna 4.0 is saying iu dont have the requirements installed that being windows phone developer tools ,visual studio 2010 or visual studio C# express ,do i have installed visual studio 2010 and 2022, and i cant find phone dev tools ,ive also tried installing xna 3.0 but the client wont startup and there are 2 redists for xna4.0 ,ive also deleted the file and reinstalled and tried things ive seen online but nothing ive comed across helps as its too old ,my pc defintly meets the requirments as i built it just for programming /playing games and the mxa site doesnt work for me as well ,and ive just tried installing monogame ,but some files cant be downloaded

If the error message says that it’s required to install the related requirements, then you can try to install the mentioned tools. Some tools are old and out of support, as you know, you may not find the related resources, but for VS 2010, you can download it from here: Download Visual Studio 2010.
