Is it possible do not set password for BYOD devices on personnal side?

Hello everyone,
I made a device restriction for Android BYOD. I set up a pin password for work profile but i don't want the user to be forced to set up a pin code on personnal device. Is it possible to do it?

Based on my research, I didn't find a method that can delete the password on personal side.
