I got an Acer E1 531 laptop, with intel b 960 2.2 ghz,4GB ram and 128 GB SSD .I tried win 8.1 but since it outdated and hard to find product keys,i installed win 10 pro in it .The system boots up in less than 8 secs.My problem is that the cpu usage is 100 percent right after boot up and it fluctuates.it hit 100 percent while using edge or YouTube and it goes up and down.Is it safe to use win 10 in this system. Please help me .i haven't activated it yet.If it is not safe to use then activating would be a waste of money.Should i go back to windows 8.1 or other os ,like chrome os flex.please help

    Hello Nobe luke,

It is safe to say that the computer meets the technical requirements for Windows 10, even thought a great performance can't be expected. The system will load fast because of the Fast Boot options of Windows 10 in collaboration with SSD drive with high spead reads, but it is expected a higher CPU consumption right after the logon since there are still components being loaded and the low Cache memory of this CPU and the limited RAM of 4GB would be just enough for this task.

There is also another factor that can affect this, which is the programs that are loaded at the start or services started for 3rd party applications. You can try to disable non-required Start as well do a Clean Boot to disable 3rd party services.

    For disabling Start applications:

Open Task Manager> Go to the Start tab> Right click on the desired applications and select Disable. Then reboot the computer.
