I used the AZURE free version for testing. In the process of assigning roles to the user who created them, the 'owner' permissions were accidentally deleted. Access management is not possible because there is no 'owner' permission. Since it was used for testing, I tried to remove the card information from the payment method, but it cannot be removed because I do not have owner permission. Azure tells me to cancel the subscription, but I can't cancel the subscription because I don't have permission:<

Also, I tried to assign a role to a user, but I was blocked from assigning a role.

How do I revert owner permissions or delete card information? ??

It doesn't matter if you delete the account permanently.
