Hi Bart,
I believe support for this is being worked on.
@saldana are you able to comment on this? Is there a solution for this scenario yet?
Thanks,
Marilee
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
When I started doing my microsoft education on learn.microsoft.com, I used my work email credentials.
I now have achievements and badges under that profile.
I'd like to move these to my personal email credentials, just in case I ever leave my current employer, I don't want to lose any of it when my email gets de-activated.
I tried to link the accounts (in both directions), but it tells me that my email already has a profile registered.
Can you help out please.
Thanks,
Bart

You can link these accounts and it should allow you to use both. All you need to do is go to your profile (https://learn.microsoft.com/profile), click on Settings and then under "Account management" click on "Link account". I hope this helps!
This isn't a QnA issue. Better to asking dedicated learning forums located over here.

or start a support case here.

or add an alias email to your microsoft account.

Hi Bart!
I struggled with the same problem: have quite a few achievements on my private account and tried to link with my work account but got slapped for already having the work account active.
As I realized that the work account did not yet have any activity or achievements, then the easiest way is to delete the work account profile and then link it to the private account.
Worked like a charm!
