Hi!

I´d like to know why the kay of Microsoft 365 Personal that I´d bought is not acept when I type the code?

The company I purchased the product from advised me to contact Microsoft support so I could resolve the isssue.

    what exactly appears for a message? Does the message "Invalid Product Key" appear or does another activation error appear?
