Hey guys,

we are no longer able to access our files in our container wihtin a blob storage. It says that the endpoint is no longer accessible:

User's image

As soon as I run the connectivity check, I get following information:User's image

Looking at the networking configuration, access is enabled from public network and we don´t use a vnet.

To download the files we use SAS. It ran without any problems until today for more than a year. The problem occurred this afternoon for the first time. I also created a new blob storage in another subaccount and received the same error.

Can you please help us?

    Hi,

I recommend opening a new support request in the Azure portal so they can help you troubleshoot. There is nothing showing on Azure status page, but another person reported same thing earlier so could be related.

    Azure Service Health: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Health/AzureHealthBrowseBlade

Does it happen if you create a test storage account in a different geo/region?

If the above was helpful please click Accept Answer.

    Thanks.
