I want to know the license agreement for SQL Server 2014 Express

Hi.

I don't understand license agreement for SQL Server 2014 Express.

Please let me know interpretation for this item of the Distribution contents.

Distribution Requirements. For any Distributable Code you distribute, you must

1. add significant primary functionality to it in your programs
2.  require distributors and external end users to agree to terms that protect it at least as much as this agreement

1. You can distribute SQL Express together with your own application, but not as stand-alone distribution
2. You have to inform & let agree your customer to the SQL Express license terms.
