I am unable to create Test plan using create button on test plan section on ADO

I am unable to create Test plan using create button on test plan section on ADO. When i click on create button it does not create a new test plan. TEst plan license is enabled. all permissions provided. Please can someone help

Scott Colbath 0 Reputation points2023-08-29T16:17:42.4166667+00:00 I am experiencing the same issue. Screen shot enclosed. You can see where the create button is greyed out. Nothing is happening. It's been this way for several minutes. No error message or anything in response. It just sits there.
