Select which calling plan

The sales department in our organization may occasionally need to pay a return visit to customers, but the call frequency is not stable, so are we considering using the ordinary plan or Pay-As-You-Go plan is more economical? Any suggestions?

Since this question is more about license, I would suggest posting in the Microsoft Community for better support.

Based on your requirement, since users won't make a large amount of calls so the Pay-As-You-Go plan should be the most economical one.
