How to do a complete system restore WITH removing files?

Hi, I got a little problem. When I get my hardware ID banned in a game by an anticheat I know how to unban myself. The problem is that I always have to reinstall Windows 10 completely to clean the traces (I have to format and delete all partitions of my HDD). Actual cleaners don't really work so I thought if I made a system restore point before installing the game I could clean all the traces - well, at least all the registry traces. The problem is that the tracking files don't get deleted so my question is if there is any way how to restore the whole system with all the files too - a complete reset to that point. I'm using Windows 10 Pro, 22H2.
