Money from my debit card is deducted without my consent

I am Sourav Mandal, email id: mandal.srv1998@gmail.com. Amount of Rs. 7454.07 has been deducted from my bank account using my debit card[XXXXXXXXXXXX8472], without my prior consent.I received no OTP, no message, nothing. Just received a message that my money has been deducted is there from my Bank using my debit card and when I checked the transaction details, it was from Microsoft Mumbai by OTHPG. I am a student and I was just exploring Azure for my future job interviews. So please give the refund also I am in my free tier.

    Also, just to mention I do not believe you can sign up with a debit card:

    Virtual or pre-paid credit or debit cards aren't accepted as Payment for Azure subscriptions and unfortunately you won’t be able to sign-up for an Azure subscription without using a Credit card. Also, American Express (AMEX) is no longer supported as a Payment Instrument for Azure accounts.
