Can I get back my Azure exam voucher and change the exam formal from OnVue to Onsite Vue？

Dear Sir/Madam,

I scheduled a AZ-900 exam on onVue with exam voucher but I cannot checkin to the exam because the error message showed when I click the check in button.

I do not want to take the exam OnVue anymore.

Can I get back my exam voucher and schedule the exam as on-site vue exam?
