Renew certificate

Hi I'm trying to renew my certificate for Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.

I see it has expired 3 weeks ago and I didn't know, I'm trying to look for a solution. I see I should do the exams once again but I have them already passed so I don't know what I have to do to renew my certificate..
