Administrator is locked out and cannot be authenticated.

I am the company's owner and administrator of our Microsoft account. I deleted my iPhone today when I bought a new one. I did not de-register from the Authenticator app before deleting my old phone and now I cannot be authenticated to get into my own Microsoft account. I don’t have access to anything with the domain @goodcontractorsroofing.com or my email. Everything I try directs me to contact the administrator for help. HELP PLEASE.
