How to implement a filter on a table in PowerApps?

Faced such a problem. I' m watching a YouTube video and doing everything by myself to filter the data, the data is no longer displayed for me at all. I've tried many ways, I don't even know what to do.

If you remove the part && Organization.Value = drpOrganization.Selected.Value, then the search works, if it exists, then the search stops working.'
