On-premise data gateway loses connection after closing/restarting VM

Our On-premise Data gateway loses all information after closing the program or when the server is restarted. We have created a flow in Power Automate to save files to a specific local location but after a restart connection is lost and the flow will fail.

After configuring the gateway to our Power Automate service and restarting the server the program has to be reconfigured. We need to re-login and configure the gateway everytime the program is closed or the server is restarted.

The application is at this state when launched:

The server information:

OS: Windows Server 2022 Azure Edition (10.0.20348.1487)

CPU: 8vCPUs

RAM: 64GB

We already allowed all outpound ports and firewall rules that are needed from: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/data-integration/gateway/service-gateway-communication#network-ports-test

Also we performed a network test from within the Data gateway application, this is succesfull (32/32).

Is there anyone who can help us resolving this issue?
