We got Microsoft help to upgrade Azure AD sync, but what we wanted to do was to get to "cloud sync". What's the next best step?

We got a warning that our Azure AD Sync was outdated, so we submitted a support ticket and quickly got a Microsoft support person to help with the upgrade to another server ( 2016 Datacenter ) and get it running, shutting down the previous server. It seems to work. At the end of the upgrade, I asked the tech "Is this the cloud sync?" and he said it was. Checking in Azure, it seem it isn't the "cloud" version. This page should show a cloud sync agent, but it's blank for us: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_Connect_Provisioning/ProvisioningManagementBlade

Meanwhile, this page shows that our new sync server is successfully doing it's job:

Should we re-open the earlier support ticket, or is there a shortcut?
