If you are receiving the error "Failed to launch Windows Sandbox. (0xc03a0016)," it is likely due to one of the following issues:

You do not have the correct version of Windows 10 installed. Windows Sandbox requires Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, or Education version 1903 or later.

The Windows Sandbox feature is not enabled on your system. To enable the feature, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off and select Windows Sandbox.
