    Hi @Kuba Klatka,

Kernel32.dll is a Windows kernel module. Please ask a new question in Windows Community and confirm if it can be used for commercial purpose.

    Sincerely,

    Anna

Kernel32.dll is a part of Windows (like User32.dll, GDI32.dll, etc...),

so it is used by all applications
