Healthcare Bot ESOCKETTIMEDOUT

I am trying to call my API using Data connection, which sometimes calls the openAI API, sometimes it works, but other times I get Error while trying to get data source. error: RequestError: Error: ESOCKETTIMEDOUT. Can increase the timeout?

foundation29 loa I think there is no setting available from health bot service management portal to increase the timeout value. I think you will have to raise a support case from Azure portal for this resource to check with health bot service team if it is possible to increase timeout value for your resource's data connection. Thanks!!

Thank you very much romungi-MSFT! What I have done is to detect the user's intention, if he wants to ask a question, I notify the client to call to my server to call openAI from there, and then I send the answer to the scenario.
