VS22 database project doesn't publish permissions

Question

I am using VS22 with sql server data tools. I've created new database project and imported existing azure synapse database(with permissions and not only application scoped objects).

When I'm publishing it everything goes fine(users, tables, roles, procedures etc.) except permissions.

I have some GRANTs in permission.sql file end in some of the schemas files. When I publish the project permissions aren't applied to target database(also azure synapse).
