Unable to log in to Teams

Question

Please help me with this problem. When I log in, I report an error: "We're sorry -- We've run into an issue"

Error code in the lower left corner: c0090016

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Randi

You could try to set the Teams to "Windows 8 compatibility" in compatibility. Some customer has this same issue and fixed by it.

1. Click on "Start" Menu
2. Scroll to Microsoft Teams
3. Right click and move cursor over "more" select "open file location"
4. Right click the Microsoft Teams shortcut
5. Select Properties
6. Select Compatibility tab
7. Click the box to activate "Run in compatibility for:"
8. Select "Windows 8"
9. Click "OK"
10. Start up Microsoft Teams
