I received an invoice from Apple for my annual renewal yet I can't work with Excel

Apple sent me an invoice for my annual 365 personal dated Feb 13, 2023, today is Feb 16, 2023 and I can't operate on Excel, I want to know WHY

    Hello Anita,

    Apple should not be sending you an invoice? If you mean Microsoft 365, then please check your subscription whether it expired:
