How to prevent users from downloading data directly to their system in Azure Machine Learning datastores

My data is stored in blob storage in Azure Machine Learning Studio. I want to prevent users from downloading the data directly to their system, they should be able to use data only in their ML model, they should not be able to download that data to their device. How to achieve this?

According to my requirement, user should be able to access it in Azure Machine Learning studio so that user would be able to use it while creating ml model, but user should not be able to download data to his system.
