Synthesizer.WordBoundary method still not working with latest API

Hi Everyone,
Here is my original post on Synthesizer.WordBoundary event not firing.
I tried a work around, however it is not giving me perfect output. This year I need to use Azure Text to Speech API heavily and I need to capture speech marks for each word more accurately.
I have attached log file too as per a request from one engineer.
If you can help me to resolve this issue then it would be very helpful.

I think it might be easier to track your scenario against the speech SDK repo on their issues page. I understand this might be a duplicate effort but it would be easier to work with the SDK team on why your are unable to use the word boundary events in your setup.
