Hi All,

I need help in one of the scenarios where,

There is a website https://www.loopia[.]com which I'm unable to access through my domain system and the same website I can access when I am adding the alternative DNS address (8.8.8.8).

There are no filters applied for this website in the domain server/firewall.

Any help on this will be helpful.

    Hello @Pathan Mohd

Thank you for posting this concern on this community space.

I have read your case scenario description and I wonder if you have the website in question is the next one https://www.loopia.com/

Also, I understood that if you change the DNS settings on your Server to DNS IP 8.8.8.8, it works fine.

I would like to know if you have tried to do nslookup to that website in order to get details about your Internal DNS server and review the final output.

Moreover, you can hardcode this entry on your local host cache file and try it again in order to see if in that way starts working properly and so on...

Finally, I want to ask where this server is hosted if it is on Azure or on your on-premises network.

Please check the steps given on it :)

    Looking forward to your feedback,

    Cheers,

    Hello @risolis

    Thanks for your reply here.

And you have understood my scenario correctly regarding the ns lookup query I did that one and ended up getting the request timeout error from the DNS server for this query rest of the queries working fine without any issues.

If you can let me know how would I add this entry on my local host cache file then it will be helpful, and for the information, my server is on-premises.
