Microsoft Ignite Voucher not refunded after Exam Bombed out

I was booked for a proctored sc-200 exam and just before I started got kicked-off now I cant seem to get a refund on the voucher which earned from doing a Microsoft ignition challenge, it was clearly the incompetence of pearson vue but they keep on saying I should contact the institution from which where I got it from which is microsoft but they say they cant re-issue the voucher does any-one know what I should do help would be appreciated

    Hi

    you'll need to contact Pearson VUE Support as they manage the exam management and proctoring process. If the exam fails to be delivered in any way, its on their watch. Saying you need to contact Microsoft is their standard first response to these issues. This has happened to me before and they have the ability to issue a voucher for you to retake the exam :

    They referred me to a phone line that had an agent with such a thick accent I couldn't make out a word she was saying, really bad English Pearson Vue I unprofessional to say the least
