I currently have a Daily Health Check SQL script that I am wanting to make into a Historical Database to keep track of trends, issues, exc. and graph this into a GUI front end to make it easy for a Help Desk person to read and monitor. We may also want to add to this some alerting, drive size monitoring and some other scripts which I already have that can be added.

You explained what you want but what is your question? and what tool do we see in the images that you provided?
In general if you need to manage historical data using SQL Server built-in options then you can manage retention of historical data in system-versioned temporal tables as explained here:

- Just like Ronen I don't really get what is your question?
- But it sounds to me that you describe something for which there already are a couple of products on the market. Are you looking into reinventing the wheel?
- You have four tags in your question, but examples are related to SQL Server. What is the relevance of Azure MySQL here? Windows Server?
- I note that you are running SQL 2017 RTM. You should download and install CU31, the final Cumulative Update for SQL 2017 to get access to many bugfixes and other improvements.
