تشفير bitlocker لا يعمل بعد التحديث

Question

قبل عدة ايام ظهر قفل حماية bitlocker على اقراص الجهاز بالكامل لوحده دون ان افعله ولكن لم اعط الموضوع أهمية

الأن وبعد عدة ايام قررت تحديث نظام ويندوز , قبل ان اقوم بالتحديث قمت ب إلغاء تفعيل bitlocker عن القرص المحدد D

و اعطاني مفتاح الاسترداد ومفتاح المرور وحفظتهم على القرص C

بعد ذلك قمت بالتحديث من ويندوز 10 20h2 الى 22h2

عندما دخلت للقرص بعد التحديث كان يعمل مع التشفير وكنت استطيع الوصول الى الملفات

لكن بعدما عملت اعادة اقلاع للجهاز اصبحت رسالة "لا يتوافق التشفير باستخدام bitlocker على هذا المحرك مع اصدار ويندوز"

لم اقم ب اي تعديل او تغيير قبل اعادة تشغيل الحاسوب

جربت بعض الحلول مثل استعادة التحديث القديم من ويندوز والتحديث ل ويندوز 11 و الخطأ مازال موجود لم يتغير شيء

جربت فك وتركيب القرص الصلب وجربت استعمال manage-bde unlock وكان يعطيني خطأ ان مفتاح الاستعادة خاطئ

لا اعلم ماذا افعل هل من مساعدة ؟

طبعاً ارجو وجود حل بدون فقدان الملفات لأن مساحة التخزين 1TB والمساحة المستخدمة 900 جيجا كلها ملفات مهمة لي ولا استطيع التخلي عنها

و لقد قمت بإتباع بعض الشروحات ك تحديث البايوس او اللوحة الام وتحديث بعض الاشياء و

لقد قمت بالتحديث ل ويندوز 11 من ثم تجربة التحديث الاساسي الذي حصل عليه التشفير وقد حصلت على نفس الخطأ

وقمت بتحديث ويندوز 10 الى اخر اصدار باقي فقط تحديث داخلي بالويندوز update "اللاحق بالتحديث الاساسي" هل من الممكن ان يحل المشكلة ؟

علماً كما نوهت ان القرص الصلب كان يعمل على التحديث الجديد لكن عند اعادة اقلاع الحاسوب حدثت المشكلة

A few days ago, the bitlocker security lock appeared on the disks of the entire device by itself, without me activating it, but I did not give the thing that importancy
Now, after several days, I decided to update the Windows from 20h2 to 22h2. Before I did the update, I deactivated the bitlocker on the specified disk D.

And it gave me the recovery key and I saved it on the C drive
Then I upgraded from Windows 10 20h2 to 22h2

When I entered the disk after the update, it was working fine with encryption, and I was able to access the files and play my games on it

But after I rebooted the device, the message "The encryption using bitlocker on this drive is not compatible with the version of Windows" please use a newer version of windows

I did not make any modification or change before restarting the computer

I tried some solutions such as restoring the old update from Windows and updating to Windows 11 and the error is still there and nothing has changed

I tried also to remove and install the hard drive and tried to use manage-bde unlock and it gave me an error that the recovery key is wrong or it failed to unlock the drive or an error happened while unlocking the drive 

I don't know what to do, is there any help?

Of course, I hope there is a solution without losing the files, because the storage space is 1TB and the used space is 900 GB. All files are important files for me and I can't just format and lose them all

 And I followed some guides, such as updating the bios, and updating some things and

I updated to Windows 11 and then tried the basic update that the encryption happened on and I got the same error

And I updated Windows 10 to the latest version, only an internal update in Windows update “subsequent to the main update 22h2,” is it possible to solve the problem? or i shouldn't waste my time ? because my data are limited 

Note, as I mentioned, that the hard drive was working fine on the new update, but when the computer rebooted, the problem occurred
