    Based on the shared information, we have looked at the backend logs of this webapp (coursboucherieapli) we see a delete operation on the webapp at 2023-02-20 17:51:58 UTC and the operation is successful as well.

    When you have deployed (your application)/created a webapp and not able to reach the webapp url then I would enable diagnostic logging for you app service in conjunction with the Diagnose and solve problems blade to get a better picture of why your app isn't responding.
