How to get through to Microsoft accounts

Azure billing is as clear as mud.

I've just been told I have a £10,000 monthly bill overdue but it was paid 2 weeks ago.

The email is no reply and my portal wont let me raise a support ticket re billing (even though i pay for support) it just wants to send me to a page to pay the same bill twice.

Ive now spent over 1 hr going round and round in circles in the portal.

Azure works for my business but honestly if I could move away I would.

Absolutely no way to get through to anyone but if I ignore the reminder I risk my subscriptions being cancelled, even though my bank has confirmed that the payment has gone through.

Utterly hopeless and frustrating organisation.

Anyone have a recommendation?

    Hi,

When creating your support ticket, did you click the link to return to the support request? Below are instructions for creating request along with some screenshots for clarity:

Please create a new Billing Support Request in the Azure portal using link below:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_CostManagement/Menu/~/support/openedBy/AzurePortal

It will look similar to below sample screenshot:

azure new billing support request sample

Enter summary, select Problem type, select Problem subtype, then click Next. After a delay, some potential solutions will be shown. Click Return to support request as shown below:

    azure support request solutions page

This will return you to the recommended solution tab. Click Next, as shown below:

azure support request after solutions page

Fill out the information on the Additional details tab making sure your email address/phone are correct, click Next, then finally click Create. At this point your support request will be created and you should receive a Case email from Microsoft Support and will be contacted in near future by support engineer.

If the above information is useful please Accept Answer.

    Thanks.

    -TP
