Hi,
It looks like my Azure account has been compromised. A number of spurious services have been setup and all of my existing environment has been deleted.
I've managed to deactivate everything that shouldn't be there and bring back my VMs from restore - but where can I bring back all my other deleted services from? Is there a way to restore other deleted services (public IPs etc)?

Unfortunately not; you would have to recreate them.
You may be able to refer back to your deployment history for their initial configuration if you don't have it as code (ie Azure Bicep, Terraform, ARM etc).
