My customer has strict security requirement, and when we install the Azure VPN Client using profile with AAD authentication enabled, their computers (Notebook, Surface, MacOS) all exhibit the same issue, where the Azure VPN client can connect and then disconnected (request initiated from client side). We have tried the same Azure VPN client and profile in our computer and there is no problem connecting.
As this is client side issue (or so it seems), Azure support cannot help much.
I would like to know if any of you experience similar issue and if it is possible to share the possible cause. I will request customer to test it out.
The event log in Windows show this event:
The event id in the WinEvt log is 20227 and the error code is 2250
The Azure VPN client reported this error "Status = The text associated with this error code could not be found"

I understand that your P2S VPN Clients are getting disconnected immediately after connecting
As you have mentioned this is happening only with the devices belonging to their organization only face this issue and not able to replicate with other devices, this is a client OS issue.
- What you can do is try and disable any firewalls in the OS of the Org.
- Try using a certificate based authentication (just for testing).
- In case the issue is not happening with certificate based authentication, this implies the OS is blocking some AAD related requests.
