Filled up C Drive in Windows 10 and no Move Option in Apps & Features

According to online instructions I've read, Windows 10 has a move option in Apps & Features to move apps from the C drive to another drive, but all I find is an uninstall button, no move button. My C drive is almost full, and I need more space.

If you see a “Modify” button instead of a move button, you’ve selected a traditional 3rd party desktop app. You can’t move it from here. If you see a “Move” button that’s grayed out, you’ve selected a Microsoft-provided app that was included with Windows 10. You can’t move those apps, either. You can only move apps you’ve installed from the Store like Games for example.
