How to re-install Win7Pro over corrupt Win10 (and upgrade to Win10 again)

I have a PC which was bought with licenced Win7Pro installed. It upgraded to Win10. After a recent power outage I found that the PC wouldn't boot to Win10. Viewing the HDD on another machine shows that the directory structure is corrupted. Some folders I can get into, most I can't. Chkdsk reports many system errors. Overall, it's a seriously crippled and unuseable HDD. As Win7Pro is no longer supported (I saw no download for it), how would I restore my PC back to a Win10 machine, and can this be done using the original Win7Pro licence ?
