When Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) will be supported for Azure billing in Poland?
MOSA that we currently use is limit billing profiles and access to sustainability reports.
Recreating tenant and Azure subscriptions in other country is not an option.

I am checking on MCA signup/migration for customers in Poland.
Can you clarify what you mean by limit billing profiles in current MOSA. Is it that you cannot create different subscriptions. Is this a self-service customer or enterprise (assuming since you mentioned MOSA it is self-service)

2023-08-24T13:28:36.06+00:00 I would like to build custom dashboard/reporting on top of Azure billing data to monitor and optimze cloud costs.
Unfortunately PowerBI connector for Azure Cost management supports only MCA and EA (MOSA is not supported). Therefore, I wonder when (and if) MCA will be available for Azure customers from Paland?

In the meantime, you can try https://aka.ms/finops/hubs. The out of the box Power BI reports will need to be tweaked to align to MOSA, but it will at least get you 90% of the way there.
