I've registered on microsoft, I did registration cloud and confirmed my student email over there
But I'm still not able to open my free microsoft azure account
It shows you are not eligible

Since this comes with agreement with your academic institute, you will need to check with the IT team in your academic institute and they could check and resolve this problem.
