I tried reinstalling sql server 2022 and go the error
any help?

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Open Specifications Support. It appears your question is not related to Protocol issues outline in https://aka.ms/openspecs. I am removing [SQL Server Open Specifications] from the post.
You should also consider update your post to include which Windows Environment you are trying to install SQL Sever 2022? Are you doing this on actual Windows? or on a VM or emulator, like on Apple M1? If that is the case you need to google it. Installing on Apple M1 is not officially supported.

I saw that you added different tags. I would like to ask what SQL Server are you using, on-premise or Azure?
