Problems with starting up virtual machines in Hyper-V

Whenever I create a VM to boot to the vHard drive it has always said ">>Start PXE on IPv4 and I even tryed to uncheck "Boot from TPM" or whatever it said and It still never boots the OS. Please help?

    Requested to you please try secure BOOT in BIOS of hardware and change vice versa [ENABLE/DISABLE]

    Close the VM connection first

    Right Click on VM and turned it OFF

    Then Go Settings =>> Security [Enable secure Boot "un-check"]

    Now try to connect

    Here, why don't you take control of my computer just to see for yourself on how it works , ok? and we will just see so that had prove to you that it doesn't want to works when creating my own os to boot up
