Teams Chat history with externals does not load when opened by deeplink

When opening a chat with an external via a deeplink (whether through teamsJS (SDK) or through an actual deep LINK) the chat history is not loaded:

After sending a message the history appears:

Is there a way to fix this?

Have you tried the below deeplink to open Chat-

http://teams.microsoft.com/l/message/{chatId}/{messageId}?context={"contextType":"chat"}

Our issue appears when useing the deeplink https://teams.microsoft.com/l/chat/0/0?users=<user>

This deeplink is also mentioned in the docs here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/build-and-test/deep-link-teams

Your deeplink unfortunately does not work for our case as we do not want/have a specific message to link to. We basically just want to open the Chat with a specific chatId
