Cancel Scriptix speech to text for automatic transcription and subtitling

Hi I am 71 years old and for months I have been charged 112.34 USD for
Scriptix speech to text G019466806 I have never used this package never seen it and do not want it I cannot afford this from my pension. I cannot see how to cancel or talk to someone .Pleases help!!

    Alister McLintock MS Q&A platform is primarily used for services that are offered by Microsoft and Azure speech is one of the offerings for speech to text services. In your case it seems your credit card is billed by Scriptix which is not an offering by Microsoft and as per their website you can get in touch with scriptix team by writing to [******@scriptix.io] or drop a message on this page. with details of your billing.
