Unable to publish my bot with bot framework for integrating with PVA getting error QNA Maker error

Hi team,

Need help i want to publish my microsoft bot frmework in azure bot service and then need to integrate with power virtual agent by allowing and adding skill.

But when i publish bot for creating resource it give below error but bot service get created on azure service

then when i am going to publish bot it give below error:

@IT Helpdesk Thanks for the question. Can you try different region as the error message you encountered is related to the resource quota for your subscription in the region you are trying to deploy.
