I currently have two resource groups under subscription in Azure named Substrate Search Service - Internal Tools and Consumption. Due to compliance issues, I need to migrate these resource groups to Torus AAD Tenant.
Upon researching some wikis, I found that only the entire subscription can be migrated to Torus AAD Tenant. However, there are some applications under the Internal Tools subscription that cannot be removed. To address this, I plan to create a new subscription under Azure, transfer two resource group to the new subscription first, and then migrate the new subscription to Torus AAD Tenant. However, since I do not have the admin role of the current subscription(I cannot access the billing information), I am unsure how to proceed with the Azure-to-Torus migration with minimum permission settings.
Could you please provide me with any relevant wikis or instructions that can help me with the migration process while minimizing permission settings?
Thank you in advance.
