Don't have to option to "create and manage templates" in de teams app "updates"

Hi,

In the "updates" application within MS Teams i don't have the option "create and manage templates". Below the screenshot.

When i check the information on the following webpage the option should be available:

Asked our administrator but he could not find a option in the rights.

Please advise me in this.

Hi @Tijs

It also appears as you in my Teams update app. This seems to be an update to the appearance. The template is hidden and does not affect the use. You just have to click See all to see all the templates.

Thanks for your reply. Do you maybe also know how to remove general or scheduled updates?

Our organization is experiencing the same. I can't find anyone who sees the "Create and manage templates". I have tried using the suggestion above of clicking on "Submit an Update", but it seems different than creating and managing your own reusable templates.

Being unable to create and manage your own templates makes the Updates app completely redundant. I don't want to have to create the same update template from scratch everytime I need to request or submit an update. Why was the "Create and Manage Templates" option removed from the app?

Is there any news? I don't have the possibility either to Create own / new template in this Updates App from MS Teams!

I found this question after trying out Teams Updates App and trying to create an organisational wide template. Seems the option has been removed, but the documentation hasn't been updated.

Without the possibility to create our own templates, this App is pretty useless in an organisational setting.
