When editing a editable pdf in chrome. How to stop the screen from bouncing to top of page every time a change is made?

I'm trying to edit a PDF on Google Chrome. There are boxes where I can edit. However, every time I try to edit the screen, it bounces / returns back to the top of the page, and I have to scroll back down to the place I am editing. Very difficult and annoying
