VBox Nat network does not work as expected in Azure VM

Deployed Windows 11 in D4ads v5. Installed 7.0 Virtualbox within two linux VMs. Configured Nat network (picture)
Expected:
VMs are able to view internet
Actual:
Accepted ping between VMs, but that's it, no internet, no ICMP either to gateway or 1.1.1.1 so on.
Deployed Ubuntu within the NAT (the same, but without Virtual Switch) and all es expected.
Does anyone ever faced with such a case?
